HYB -A is a single-phase /three-phase automotive current transducer that isolates and converts AC current parameters of the power grid into linear DC analog signals .
It supports output in the form of 0-20 mA/4-20 mA/0-5 V/0-10 V, with an accuracy of 0.2 and 0.5 Class . It supports inputs of 0.1A, 1A, 5A, etc. (can match current transformers ).
It has the characteristics of quadruple isolation of input/output/power supply/housing , AC/DC Features include 80–270V wide power supply, ≤400 ms response time, and DIN35 rail mounting.

2x long-term, 10x/10s, dielectric strength: AC 2 kV/1 min, insulation resistance >100 MΩ @ DC 500 V; operating environment: 0–50°C / <80% RH. One-year warranty.

Output and load
Current type (4–20 mA/0–20 mA):

To ensure linearity and ripple, the load resistance should be ≥ Vout/10 mA (e.g., 0–10 V ≥ 1 kΩ).
Matching current transformer and range:
the input side is connected to the secondary side (5 A/1 A), and is selected according to the primary rated current and current ratio ;
if there is surge/inrush current, the 2× long-term/10× short-term overload window can be used to ensure that the equipment is not saturated and does not falsely alarm.
Zero/full scale calibration: Panel ZERO/SPAN fine-tuning can be used for system-level calibration.
Installation and power supply:
DIN rail +80–270 V AC/DC compatible, suitable for 220–240 V/50 Hz and power grid fluctuations common in Southeast Asia; 12/24/48VDC can also be customized to match PLC cabinets.
