A split core current transformer (CT) is a current transformers design to be easily install on existing conductors without disconnecting the conductors. The core is design to be split in two, allowing the transformer to be open, place around a conductor, and then close again.

Key Features:
Easy to install: It can be install without interrupting the circuit.
Non-invasive: It does not require disconnecting or tapping the main conductor.
Flexible: Ideal for installations that require retrofitting, especially where it is not possible to shut down the power to install a traditional CT.
Various sizes: Available in different sizes to accommodate a variety of conductor diameters.
Safety: Allows safe measurement of high currents without direct connection to high voltage lines.

Applications:

These features make split core current transformers particularly useful in commercial and industrial environments where minimizing downtime and maintaining continuous operation are critical.
Thanks to a strong R&D and design team and production team, today Heyi has certificates and certificates from many countries. Test report, our transformer products are export to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil and other countries, and we have signed purchase agreements with power bureaus in Europe, South America and Southeast Asia. In addition, HEYI is in There are local cooperative factories in Egypt and Indonesia.
The company now has two brands of ASCT and HEYI, more than 6 product patents, more than 100 current transformer models, giving customers more choices, and will develop new currents every year. Transformers are adapt to the needs of future smart grids. Power product purchasers from various countries are welcome to establish long-term cooperation with HEYI. We can customize and design according to customer needs, and provide door-to-door services to solve customer problems after sales.

People use Current transmitter. Why do people use transmitters, in the chillers the air compressors, the generators and the IoT systems? In systems I see chillers, in commercial buildings air compressors in factories and generators, in data centers. The chillers, the air compressors and the generators all have one thing in common. In short devices… Continue reading Why Current Transmitter Matter in Chiller, Air Compressor, and Generator
