Intelligent Mutual Sensing, Power IOT Smart Distribution IOT Solution
With the deepening of the global energy revolution and the continuous evolution of the energy Internet, the new generation of information and communication technology has developed rapidly, opening up a new business model that is people-centered, uses advanced technologies such as “cloud, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile, intelligence and chain”, and deeply integrates information and physics. The concept and solution of the power Internet of Things came into being.
The Power Internet of Things proposes a sensory system based on advanced sensing technology, broadband carrier communication technology, wireless communication technology, and embedded system intelligent devices. Through the evaluation, diagnosis, and intelligent perception of power systems and operating equipment, it will make up for the shortcomings in the operation and maintenance management of low-voltage distribution networks, help low-voltage distribution networks improve their lean operation and maintenance capabilities, improve support service levels, and create a more intelligent and efficient digital operation and maintenance experience for customers.
Conceptual diagram of power IOT Source: Internet
As the end of the low-voltage distribution network, the distribution substation is responsible for providing all-round power supply and consumption services to residents and industrial and commercial users in the substation area. Its intelligent management and operation level directly affects the power supply quality and the depth of the construction of the IoT management system. The substation intelligent fusion terminal is an edge device of the “cloud-pipe-edge-end” architecture of the smart IoT system. It has information collection, IoT agent and edge computing functions to support marketing, power distribution and emerging businesses.
Through the linkage between intelligent fusion terminals and intelligent terminal sensing devices, and the application of the distribution Internet of Things APP independently developed by Bohai New Energy, the operation and maintenance needs of various low-voltage distribution scenarios can be realized, including basic functions such as on-site integration of substation operation and distribution, panoramic perception and monitoring and early warning of distribution transformer operation status, precise fault positioning and proactive repair, as well as advanced functions such as orderly charging of electric vehicles and optimization of charging pile access.
Three-phase unbalance control detection
The intelligent fusion terminal is connected to the phase-changing main controller. The APP in the intelligent fusion terminal can control the main controller, calculate the most reasonable phase-changing scheme according to the total current at the head end and the current of the terminal controller, generate phase-changing instructions, and send them to the terminal phase-changing device through wireless radio frequency communication to perform phase-changing adjustment, so that the three-phase load tends to be balanced, effectively solving the three-phase imbalance problem of the low-voltage power distribution system.
Orderly charging and access optimization of vehicle charging piles
Through the integrated terminal, the real-time load rate of the distribution transformer and the charging power of the charging pile group can be coordinated and controlled, and the load resources of the distribution transformer can be reasonably allocated to improve the economic efficiency of the distribution transformer operation. Relying on time-of-use electricity prices and charging points under different charging strategies, users are guided to choose the charging time, location, pile position and charging mode according to the charging time and charging amount requirements, and carry out orderly charging to maximize the economic benefits of users and the utilization rate of the distribution transformer, as well as the peak elimination and valley filling of the power grid.
Statistics are collected on the charging frequency, duration and charging amount of charging pile groups in the region to generate a thermal distribution map of charging pile utilization, explore areas with concentrated charging demand, and combine the distribution transformer load resource margin data to provide scientific guidance for subsequent optimization of charging pile layout.
Actively carry out installation and debugging of integrated terminals
In order to further accelerate the construction of intelligent integrated terminals in distribution and transformation substations, pilot projects of smart IoT application scenarios in distribution substations will be carried out according to local conditions, and the construction of low-voltage perception capabilities of distribution networks will be strengthened, so as to further improve the lean operation and maintenance and intelligent management and control level of distribution networks.
In the future, we will continue to focus on power Internet of Things technology. Through unified planning and design, we will quickly access terminals in all links of the power system to collect information in an all-round and multi-dimensional manner, fully realize real-time status perception of power equipment and users, respond to business needs more agilely, and form an “integrated and linked” energy interconnection ecosystem and a “one-stop service” smart energy comprehensive service platform.
